Great Price "Hoover U8371-900 WindTunnel 2 Complete Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner" for $349.99 Today
I got this via LNT and thought to check the review on this. Whoa is it really that bad? My first use of it was pretty good, beside the canister (holds the dust) won't snap on easily, you have to apply force. And the hair won't drop out as expected, had to dig in and drag it out.
Maybe after a few month.... *knock on wood*

Only had this for a short year. We have a Windtunnel 1 that works great as long as you replace the hepa-filter every 6 months or so. We thought the 2 would be much better but boy were we wrong! This thing is 100% cheap plastic. The bottom base plate fell off after a few months and the only way to get it back on was to duct tape it! Next there is a filter that spins and is supposed to "self clean". Well, it did for a while then it stopped spinning and there is no way to replace it without taking the whole thing apart. Nobody has that filter in the town we are in. To clean the thing we have to empty the clear bucket and then take our Windtunnel 1 out and clean the rest of the machine with it otherwise all the suction is gone. 2 days ago we went out and bought a Dyson. Yea, they are much more expensive, but it works great and we we know several people that have owned one for years. This WT2 is so bad I am embarassed to bring it to Good Will for fear some needy person will get stuck with it! It is now in the dumpster at the back of my office, the only place a Windtunnel 2 belongs.

Although it sucks well and mine is still functioning ok after 2.5 years, it is disgusting and messy to empty, dust/dirt gets everywhere including all over the vacuum. It is also extremely heavy, especially if you have stairs. Do not buy this vacuum.
